Job Description Details

The Customer Readiness Advocate will be accountable for establishing and leading the business relationship and change management practice to drive successful introduction of new features, capabilities and processes to the global functions and business units.

The candidate will leverage their understanding of key business processes and product capability roadmaps to ensure that projects are successfully delivered to enable business strategy execution in their respective areas. Focused on managing the partnership within the Interactive Commerce Experiences team as well across global teams and within the BUs as necessary. They will provide support for the necessary people, process, and system changes required to successfully enable the feature to deliver results.

This global management role will lead a team of change managers and will develop strong partnership with Business Units, Platforms, and Global IT Service Managers and delivery organizations. This includes a high degree of collaboration and ability to work in ambiguity, understand business case inputs, measurement of results and the ability to lead through influence and articulate complex concepts succinctly.

The candidates key accountabilities will include:

  • Coordinates across the enterprise and Advocates Customer Readiness for Product Org work streams
  • Change Management for product updates for both external and internal customers
  • Conduct and communicate customer readiness analysis including cost and risk analysis where applicable
  • Post analysis for customer readiness modifications and updates
  • Defines the Change Management process for introducing product features and capabilities across impacted business units and/or markets
  • Lead the team in working cross functionally throughout the process to ensure smooth acceptance and successful adoption of the new features
  • Partners with training and communications lead on defining training, communication plans
