Job Description Details

The Partner, Organizational Development will support the Enterprise approach, strategy and delivery of:

  • Talent Management programs including: Performance Development and Review process, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Competency Model, Promotion Processes, Career Frameworks
  • Organizational Design Methodology
  • Organizational culture and employee engagement strategies and programs including advancement of the Team Member Experience, Team member Life Cycle Insights and Engagement Surveys and Recognition and Rewards Programs
  • In partnership with the Senior Manager Organizational Development and Senior Organizational Development Partner, this role supports the enterprise delivery plan for all core talent management, culture and engagement processes in support of the organization and its leaders. The role will partner with PCC Centers of Expertise and People & Org team members to deliver on these strategies. He/she also partners with these teams to understand the needs and trends across the organization and to support the successful alignment of our talent management, culture and engagement strategies.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is required, advanced training/degree in a related field desired.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Organization Development/Effectiveness, Data and Analytics, Talent Management, Consulting, Leadership development, or other related experience is required
  • Ability to lead and influence across the organization with organizational savvy
  • Working knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Understand and plan for cultural nuances associated with recognition and engagement
  • Working knowledge of talent management techniques and best practices to drive business performance
  • Advisor on talent management issues
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics, ability to understand people data and its relation to survey insights, effective talent management, recognition and engagement
  • Business acumen
  • Global collaboration/matrix working experience
  • Coaching and consulting skills
  • Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
  • Creates internal and external networks
  • Self-motivated with action and results delivery orientation
  • Written/verbal communications, able to communicate with all levels of business
