Sr. SAP Manager- ERP Architecture and Analytics Exton, PA CTH- 6 Months Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Digital & Transformation, ERP Technical Architecture and Analytics has in-depth knowledge and expertise to lead and help set the strategy for the SAP custom development team and analytics development for the organization. This role is also responsible for all integration design and architecture strategy and implementation involving all SAP systems. Additionally, this role plays a key part in transforming the organization into an agile product management organization from a project management culture with experience centric design thinking and problem solving. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees and, through its team, delivers technical solutions using SAP technology primarily; ABAP, Web DynPro, PI, APIs, BW, Azure Technologies like SQL IS, SQL AS and Power BI. Solves complex issues that arise for these technologies. Provides technical leadership and administration on SAP tools like ABAP, BW, PI, SICF and other technical components on SAP Products and S/4 Platform of the future. Troubleshoots and solves the more unique and complex issues with these tools. Leads cross functional and global tea consisting of business analysts, insourced and outsourced technical resources, PMs, business process leads and system users globally to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of solutions and business process enhancements. Leads an SAP technical team responsible for production support and enhancement of SAP systems. Attracts, recruits, develops and builds capabilities across technology competency areas in various functional and technology domains across the SAP platforms which include S4/Hana and latest technologies. Inspires, coaches, trains, develops, motivates and evaluates team members to enable their capabilities and accomplish the department s priorities. Ensures team members have access to training, coaching and mentoring to thrive in their respective roles and enhance professional development. Reviews, and/or recommends new architecture and processes, changes to existing architecture and processes, and exceptions to architecture, technology, and process standards globally. Drives agile and DevOps culture of implementation and product management culture in the organization Maintains a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and determine how they can be used to enhance productivity Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: Master''s Degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of SAP business processes in areas of Production Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales and Finance Preferred knowledge and experience in Microsoft Technologies such as Power BI, SQL Analysis Services, Data Factory. Ability to work independently in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to manage multiple priorities with high flexibility and rapid response time Experience managing at least 3-5 direct reports Willingness to global travel Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description. Able to comply with the company s safety and quality policies at all times. Physical and Travel Requirements 15% travel, including global travel Occasional on-call work required Sedentary work in an office environment
