Total Rewards Manager

Reporting to the HR Solutions Total Rewards team, this position supports the design, development, implementation, administration and assessment of compensation programs and market intelligence. Works in close collaboration with total rewards partners that support our segments and executives on a variety of global compensation topics. Leads the global compensation planning cycle, global compensation market data process and administration of global incentive plans that support the organization's business strategy to attract, motivate and retain employees. Additionally, recommends and embraces best practices, surveys the industry to determine competitive positioning and will be responsible for introducing innovative and efficient process improvements that leverage processes and technology. This position leads a team of experienced total rewards professionals.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Leads global compensation planning cycle, project management, administration and compliance
  • Develops training plans for end users and standard operating procedures for service center team in support of global compensation planning cycle
  • Develops and delivers HR and manager training and materials on global compensation planning process, the internal job structure and TE market pricing standards
  • Leads global compensation market data strategy including global vendor management, benchmark survey budgeting and maintenance of the internal market data repository
  • Leads governance and refinement of the internal job framework in close collaboration with the HR Technology team and total rewards partners
  • Partners with HR Technology team to assess system functionality and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency, controls and service to users of the global compensation planning system
  • Responsible for global incentive plan delivery and administration including communications, inventories and approvals
  • Partners with the Executive Compensation team and Finance on global incentive plan forecasting, accruals and modeling
  • Coordinates the annual salary increase budget planning process with Finance and regional total rewards partners
  • Partners with HR Process Optimization team and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to global compensation processes
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify and implement key metrics, dashboards and the global market data strategy to ensure alignment with the business needs
  • Participates in and leads projects, conducts analysis and completes research in support of TE's compensation strategies

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 7+ years demonstrated global compensation analysis, design and administration experience required
  • Leadership experience required
  • SuccessFactors - compensation module experience desirable
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) designation desirable
