West Chester, PA- Growing collections agency has a direct hire opening for a Dispute and Credit Specialist

Hours= Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary= $17-20/hour

Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for supporting the compliance team in regards to reviewing the collection disputes, bankruptcies and other correspondences.
- Manage and document dispute letters on accounts
- Review dispute letters
- Review bankruptcy notices
- Process returned mail notices
- Utilize compliance system to respond to Consumer Reporting Agencies

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience processing disputes
- Experience reviewing disputes or bankruptcy notices
- Collections experience
- Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other government regulations
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve

Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience processing disputes
- Experience reviewing disputes or bankruptcy notices
- Collections experience
