We are seeking Customer Service Representatives This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that is a leader in their industry and is expanding their West Chester, PA office.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers, responding to customer questions, and researching issues.

Temporary to permanent positions

Responsibilities:

--Answering incoming calls from customers
--Research customer accounts
--Enter and update customer profiles
--Utilize multiple databases
--Follow up with customers

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
--Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
--Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
--Ability to navigate multiple software systems
--Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
