Job Description Details

The Multimedia Producer utilizes independent judgment and diverse skills to innovate and create quickly, taking a project from conception to completion. In addition to editing, producing, and writing, the Multimedia Producer, will be expected to operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Day in the Life

  • Creates rich and engaging video and photo content for use throughout QRGs platforms. This includes: writing scripts, directing talent, shooting video or stills, editing video or stills, motion graphics creation and file delivery.
  • Ideates and creates pitches and budgets for new content types and platforms.
  • Researches new content trends and techniques.
  • Champion a project from start to finish and then utilize data to inform future efforts.
  • Works with market teams to implement new ideas and teach best practices.
  • Must Haves

  • 5 years of multimedia production experience
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. (Specifically proficient in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Encoder.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Messenger, etc.
  • Hyper-aware of the current television landscape and the latest trends on social media
  • Extensive knowledge of content distribution.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment while achieving business results.
  • Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of must haves.

    Nice to Haves

  • 2 years of social media creation for a national brand.
  • Photography experience.
  • Motion graphics.
  • Strong decision-making, time management & planning skills.
  • Ability to make oral and written presentations and confidence to present opinions and thoughts in a clear, unbiased manner.
  • Highly developed problem solving and relationship building skills.
