The mission of the Key Account Manager (KAM) is to deliver consistent sales growth in the COPD and asthma area in southern part of Norway (Aust-Agder, Vest-Agder, Telemark, Buskerud, Vestfold, stfold).
You will be a local product expert to the specialist segment and seek information from customers in order to understand their needs. You will be carrying out sales calls and hit selling targets by using customer approaches that best position GSK products and ensure close cooperation with key customers. This requires daily customer facing activities in line with our strategies and values and our patient focussed sales model. You will have responsibility for our asthma and COPD portfolio in the southern part of Norway and must be willing and able to travel throughout this area.
The KAM will create and execute business and account plans in line with activity goals and strategies to deliver sales growth in cross-functional collaboration with medical, market access and marketing colleagues. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. You will continuously monitor the business environment in the district (customers, competitors, others) and take appropriate actions.
