In order to maintain an efficacious company, Frontage is looking for candidates interested in becoming a Project Coordinator with 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical companies and client communication.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

  • Prepare and revise proposals
  • Maintain organized records of all signed contracts and associated POs on the designated server
  • Assist Project Managers with invoicing processes as well as creating projects in QuickBase
  • Ensure timelines are met with efficiency via communication with clients on a needed basis
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Has a B.S. degree or higher
  • Understands pre-clinical and clinical study protocols to summarize the study activities and sample numbers required for each project
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of GLP regulations and FDA/EMA guidelines
  • Has strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be detail-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure work environment
