Insupport of facilities compliance, the Safety Coordinator will perform internalsafety and security audits. The Safety Coordinator will also be responsible fortraining all internal employees on health and safety regulations.
This position will beresponsible for..
Inspects workareas and equipment to ensure compliance with company, state, and federalsafety policies and regulations.
Documentingsafety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures and recommendingcorrective procedures, and maintaining safety equipment supply andavailability.
Create audittemplates, generate reports, manage user accounts, train end users, and leadcomputer file maintenance.
Participates inOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providinginspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.
Identifyhazardous workplace conditions.
Train employeeson safety, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining toemployee safety.
Maintain safetyand security records.
Maintain a safeand healthy work environment.

In lieu ofdegree, high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledgeof and ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
Experience withOSHA laws and requirements.
Strong workingknowledge of safety and security requirements.
Familiarity withIOS devices and applications.
Experiencemodifying and creating CVS and XLS files.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
