The Customer Success Totango Administrator is a part of the Global Business Solutions Team and will be responsible for implementing and administering Totangos Customer Success platform for various Customer Success Programs at Bentley. The programs consist of a combination of Tech-Touch, Low Touch and High touch Segments of our global customer base. Location: Exton, PA global headquartersResponsibilities:Responsible for administration, configuration and implementation of Totango - Customer Success & Customer Retention Software to internal customersConfigure defined and prioritized business processes within Totango leading to implementation and deployment to the front-line teamsProvide Reporting and Dashboards in Totango for Data Analysis to the Customer Success TeamsWork with other technical teams on designing integration of Totango with enterprise systems like SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud / CRM and other data sourcesFacilitate discussions between stakeholders, project and technical resources, understand current state as-is and map to future to-be to deliver services and capabilitiesUnderstand customer lifecycle management business processes and translate them to effective use through technology, data and processUnderstand and define the data and information shared across the company and relationship between the data and how this will impact business rules and business process mappingDefine scope and priority of business processes to support the evolution of Customer Success process and strategyDevelop change management strategies and support Implementation, Testing and Deployment of functionalities of Totango together with solution architectureCreate end-to-end business process documentation with a view to operationalizing customer data for front line team consumptionValidate functionalities after release upgrades, and hot fixes and handle the communication on upgrade schedule, impact of upgrade and new functionalities introducedDevelop product modifications and collaborate with the software vendors for product improvements Required SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business engineering or a related discipline2 years of IT Experience, preferably on Customer Success / CRM / Data AnalyticsGood understanding of Customer Success or Account ManagementExperience reviewing and understanding data from multiple sources, build dashboards and reportsCustomer first mentality with demonstrated ability to improve processes and be a team playerAbility to multi-task development, support and on-going maintenance projects and meet deadlines in a complex and dynamic environmentDesired SkillsExperience setting up Tech Touch, Low Touch, High Touch Customer Success Programs using automation tools for the customer journey1-2 years of experience on Customer Success Platforms like Totango / Gainsight / Natero / Bolstra with administrative, configuration, integration and reporting skills1-2 years of experience years of CRM platforms like SAP Sales Cloud / C4C and SalesforceEqual Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledBentley is an equal opportunity employer and considers for employment all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, sex, disability, protected veteran status, religion, national origin, age or any other protected characteristic.
