Family owned Cleaning Contractor Company is seeking a Bilingual Scheduler to add to their team in the Operations Department.
As the Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:
* Rescheduling work as necessary and updating schedules
* Check in any work tickets or job orders that may come in for the day
* Schedule all strips, scrubs and power washing as needed and update the schedules
* File job sheets
* Take care of \"call outs\" Monday through Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
* Notify accounts receivable of billable jobs
* Other duties as assigned, etc.
This position reports to the president of the company. You will be dealing with employees and customers at times.

This is a full time position. You will work 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Fridays.
