Join our team! OurMerchandisers work in local stores tokeep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This positionis primarily responsible for maintaining product availability andmerchandising products at all designated accounts. This jobdescription does not include all job duties associated with thisposition.
Maintainsproduct in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers byidentifying replenishment needs; transporting product betweenbackroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example,pallet jack, hand-truck); utilizing hand tools; replenishing,facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking downproduct displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning productspace; and securing damaged or defectiveproduct.
Manages backroom by organizing andconsolidating back stock (product); identifying, monitoring, andreporting back stock inventory levels; evaluating and processingdamaged or defective product; re-packing product; organizingbackroom materials (for example, pallets, product shells);operating powered equipment (for example, straddle stacker, poweredpallet jack) and manual equipment (for example, pallet jack);completing Store documentation; and cleaningbackroom.
Maintains areas of responsibility indesignated accounts by communicating status and concerns to Storeand Company personnel; identifying and reporting unsafe workingconditions; attending and completing Company training andcertifications; following Company and Store policies regardingbackroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety;following applicable local, state, and federal laws; utilizing amobile device to complete work activities; and operating a motorvehicle.
Provides customer service to Consumersand Store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns;answering questions; locating product, and responding to assistancerequests.
Ability torepetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50pounds without assistance.
Ability torepetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds withoutassistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head;reaching the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at theknees.
Ability to repetitively push and pullmanual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck)containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards withoutassistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp andmanipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motorskills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability toexert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to completejob activities.
Ability to read information insmall, medium, and large print.
Ability tostand a minimum of 6 hours during theworkday.
Ability to walk a minimum of 4 milesduring theworkday.
Must be 18years of age.
Must be eligible to work in theUnited States.
Must have a valid driver'slicense.
Must have current vehicle liabilityinsurance.
Must have a driving record with nomajor moving violations in the last three (3)years.*

1-yearexperience working in replenishment or asMerchandiser.
1-year experience working ingrocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or relatedfield.
1-year experience working in physicallydemanding fields such as construction, food service, landscaping,manufacturing, military, nursing, or relatedexperience.
1-year experience working withmanual or powered pallet jacks.
Powered pallet jackcertification.
1-year experience working underlittle or no supervision.
1-year of collegecoursework in business, marketing, communication, or relatedarea.
